Carol Green, current Assistant Governor and Past President of the Mt Victoria Rotary Club, has been selected as Rotary 9940 District Governor Nominee-designate for the 2025-2026  Rotary year.

Carol has been a long serving Rotarian, a Past Assistant Governor who came back this Rotary year to serve again as AG for Wellington 2. She has served on many district committees, was district board secretary and administrator to PDG Martin Garcia during his year of office, and is a former member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Hutt City and her present club Mt Victoria.

Carol is a popular Rotary member, friend, and hard worker in the interest of Rotary causes. She played a leading role in the achieving Rotary funding across our district for the new Children’s Hospital in Wellington.

We extend best wishes to Carol and her partner Nigel Miller, for their year at the helm for Rotary in 2025-2026. Karori President Jay and Past President and PDG David Watt attended a celebration of Carol’s appointment with members from other clubs at the Mt Victoria meeting on Tuesday this week in the city.
