A reminder to members to keep helping our funding support for The Rotary Foundation. We have a proud record of giving to The Rotary Foundation for per capita giving and growing our centurion membership.
Let’s keep that record going and respond to Treasurer Doug’s call to give by the end of this month to qualify our funding to The Rotary Foundation to expend in three years time.
The Rotary Foundation works on a three year funding cycle. This allows districts to plan programmes and gives the Foundation time to invest the contributions. The earnings from those investments help to pay for programme operations and fund development. This funding cycle means the contribution that we make to The Rotary Foundation’s Annual Fund for 2022-2023 will be invested and then become available to be spent in 2025-2026.
